Mason City Clinic is looking for a successor to a physician in our plastic and reconstructive surgery department who plans to retire in 2025. Our department has delivered high quality care to the citizens of North Iowa for over 30 years.

The department consists of 2 physicians and 2 PA's, nursing, and reception staff. Procedures are done at the hospital and the ASC where procedures include bread and butter plastic surgery cases. We provide a broad spectrum of reconstructive procedures and cosmetic procedures, however the Mason City Clinic does not provide gender altering procedures. We do periodic outreach clinics to surrounding communities. 

Mason City Clinic is an independent multi-specialty physician owned group without primary care.  All of our physicians are specialists and well known with referring providers within the 14 county area. Our goal is to provide world-class medical care to the citizenry of North Iowa. Our patient population is about 260,000. We offer a competitive salary of $504,000 plus call pay and production incentive. We have a 2 year track to shareholdership with low buy in. There are also investment opportunities at the ASC.
