The Center for Restorative Breast Surgery | St Charles Surgical Hospital in New Orleans, a proud member of the Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA) is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary private practice in one of the nation's leading destination surgical centers. Nestled along historic St Charles Avenue, The Breast Center boasts a team of nine surgeons renowned for their expertise in microvascular breast reconstruction, having performed over 1,100 microvascular breast reconstruction flaps in 2023, along with a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for the breast and body.

Our primary hospital, St. Charles Surgical Hospital, combined with The Breast Center, is dedicated to setting a higher standard of excellence in patient-focused care. With a 60,000 square foot facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology, we offer comprehensive care from initial consultation through recovery.

Joining our team means 1:1 mentorship as well as collaborating with a dedicated surgical oncology team, experienced nursing staff, and surgical PAs, ensuring seamless patient care and support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in breast reconstruction, microsurgical flap procedures, lymphedema treatment, and cosmetic surgery. While microvascular training is a plus, it's not mandatory. What's essential is a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and results.
