FULL-TIME PLASTIC SURGEON OPPORTUNITIES
Openings in Northern California
·
Oakland: Seeking a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon to perform a high volume of breast
reduction, breast reconstruction, and transgender top surgery, as well as a
significant volume of general and complex reconstructive surgery referred by
our surgical colleagues. Mostly breast, ortho trauma (no hand), chest wall
recon, sarcoma, and various general reconstructive problems. We also have a
developing cosmetic practice (mostly breast and body). We have multiple
fellowship trained microsurgeons, and a candidate must feel comfortable
rounding/taking call/evaluating free flaps but would not be expected to perform
microsurgery (unless fellowship trained). If micro trained, we perform mostly
breast free flaps, but also some extremity trauma and all over the body (not
head and neck) oncologic extirpation recon.

Stockton: Microsurgery and/or transgender (tops) skills would be ideal.
·
Walnut Creek: We provide reconstructive plastic surgery services for the entire Diablo
Service Area with routine scheduled OR blocks in Walnut Creek and Dublin. Most
of our work involves breast (and other) cancer reconstruction, skin cancer
treatment and reconstruction, transgender top surgery, complications from
cosmetic surgery, and general reconstruction. We are expanding our
microvascular breast program and would benefit from expertise with complex
lower extremity and groin/pelvic reconstruction including microvascular
coverage procedures. A micro fellowship with interest and experience in these
areas will be very beneficial. There are opportunities for research and
leadership providing clinical care responsibilities are fully utilized.
We also have a per diem opening in San
Jose. Hourly range is $257 - $265.

Full-time
annual salary range is $460,020 to $485,040 plus additional potential
incentives up to $101,340*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may
