ThedaCare is seeking a talented BE/BC Plastic Surgeon with a strong interest in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery to join our growing Plastic Surgery program serving our Regional Medical Centers in Appleton and Neenah, WI.

This is a cosmetic-forward opportunity to help expand and shape our aesthetic offerings as part of a collaborative team that already includes reconstructive and cosmetic expertise.

We are seeking a physician who is excited about helping grow a service line and developing a broad cosmetic practice across both face and body procedures.

Comprehensive Plastic Surgery Practice

This is a balanced practice environment that includes:

• Cosmetic and aesthetic procedures

• Reconstructive services

• Trauma exposure

• Inpatient consults

Smaller procedures are performed in clinic, with larger and more complex cases supported in the hospital operating rooms at our Appleton and Neenah campuses.

Cosmetic / Aesthetic Scope May Include

• Liposuction

• Breast augmentation & reduction

• Abdominoplasty

• Facelift & neck lift

• Additional elective cosmetic and aesthetic procedures

Practice Environment

Primary Clinic Location:
ThedaCare Plastic Surgery Clinic – Neenah, WI

Hospital Support:

• ThedaCare Regional Medical Center–Neenah (Level II Trauma Center)

• ThedaCare Regional Medical Center–Appleton (Level III Trauma Center)

• State-of-the-art ORs with experienced anesthesia and perioperative teams

• EPIC EMR across the health system

• Strong referral network of 200+ primary care physicians and specialists

Schedule & Call

• Approximately 22 clinical hours per week, Monday–Friday

• Dedicated OR block time

• 10–12 patients per day on average

• Call rotation: 1:4

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery

• Fellowship training in Cosmetic/Aesthetic Surgery preferred but not required

• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
