We are a rapidly growing, QUAD A-certified aesthetic surgery practice in the thriving Rio Grande Valley seeking a talented Plastic Surgeon to join our team and help elevate our practice to the next level.

Our state-of-the-art facility features two QUAD A-certified operating rooms and is equipped with cutting-edge technology. We perform exclusively cosmetic and aesthetic surgery — no reconstructive, trauma, or insurance cases. This is a pure aesthetic practice focused on delivering exceptional results in a luxurious, patient-centered environment.

Comprehensive Practice Support Includes:

• Aggressive marketing and strong social media presence to drive patient volume
• Full-service medical spa offering advanced non-surgical treatments: CO2 laser, hair removal laser, radiofrequency, microneedling, professional skin care, facials, and advanced Botox & filler injections
• Seamless integration between surgical and med spa services for comprehensive patient care

About the Opportunity:

• 100% cosmetic/aesthetic surgery (breast, body contouring, facial rejuvenation, and more)

• Compensation: Two attractive models available — Independent Contractor arrangement or Base Salary with Bonus/Production Structure

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) or Board Eligible
