ASPS Shop Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Items purchased from ASPS and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt in new condition, including the original box or packaging, are eligible for refund or exchange except: COVID-19 PPE Supplies, personalized/customized items and products viewed/downloaded online.

To arrange for a return or exchange, call the ASPS Member Services Center at (800) 766-4955 or (847) 228-9900 and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and shipping instructions. Items received without an RMA # will not be credited. Defective merchandise must be returned prior to shipment of the replacement. Refund amounts will be adjusted for items originally purchased under a special promotion or quantity discount; shipping, handling, insurance fees or other charges are not refundable or reimbursable.

Return Policy for COVID-19 PPE Supplies

Returns of COVID-19 Supplies cannot be accepted unless the product(s) are damaged, but order cancellations prior to shipment will be accepted.

Return Policy for Personalized/Customized Products

Products which have been personalized or customized are not returnable. By placing an order you are agreeing to the product return terms and conditions set forth by this site.
