Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to do the following:
- Identify content performance deficiencies in breast cancer concepts focusing on risk factors, evaluation, staging and reconstructive surgical approaches in plastic surgery.
- Apply the knowledge of diagnostic criteria to evaluate and interpret ultrasound-guided aspiration and biopsy results to determine the presence or absence of BIA-ALCL.
- Recognize the importance of accurately determining lymph node involvement, including the role of axillary lymph node assessment, sentinel lymph node mapping, and excision.
